Item description

Round of living room table, Italian production of the late 800 / first 900. Finely carved massive wood base with Torchon motif (twisted rope), four -legged structure handcrafted linked connected to the center of a shaped decorative node. Large white carrara marble top with smooth and polished upper surface, lower surface decorated with tempera on raw marble depicting polychrome parrots on branches.
