Item description
Pair of Venetian sculptures from the second half of the 19th century. Objects of great size and quality in wood and chalk carved, lacquered and gilded depicting dying candle holder. Sculptures modified during the twentieth century with the addition of the gilded wooden base and the electrified wooden palmettes mounted lamp. Lamps not working, electrical system to be overhauled. Finished sculptures from the center for antique dealers and collectors who show some signs of wear and small falls in color. In a beautiful patina, on the whole, they are in a fairly good state of preservation.
