Original 1967 glazed porcelain serving plate by Gio Ponti. He designed this series for the Italian ceramic manufacturer Franco Pozzi. A mentor and friend of Luigi Sormani, owner of the Sormani Company, Gio Ponti gave this plate to the Sormani family as a reminder of the great relationship and cooperation. The piece has been used, it shows no scratches on the surface, but the rim is a bit chapped off.
