Sculptural vase by Ettore Sottsass for Fontana Arte from the late 1980s. The vase is made of blue glass with a distinctive shape. It is part of a collection that Fontana Arte put into production in 1980. Geometric shapes and glass grinding at the edges. This piece is in almost original excellent condition. It may show minimal traces of use and/or have minor restorations. Similar examples published in the book "Ettore Sottsass Il Vetro" by Skira on page 195 Sottsass per Fontana Arte 1980.
