Item description
Italian parchment and wood bed from the 1950s. The bed is made of yellow parchment for the two headboards. The headboards of the bed, both front and back, have entrances that create a soft play of volumes, almost as if to recall the ancient imperial style through the curled corners of the two keyboards. At the sides of the bed we notice two carved wooden brackets that act as supports for the structure. Note the feet of the furniture, the front ones are conical with a brass ring, while the rear ones are curved almost like horns. The bed is original of the period and has not undergone any restoration, in fact the part where the parchment is inserted shows some wear due to age and use. Measurements of the front headboard: H 63 cm, rear 97 cm.
