Pair of single beds by Gaetano Pesce, 1950s

Wonderful pair of wooden single beds designed in the style of Gaetano Pesce in the 1960s fine Italian craftsmanship. The beds are very distinctive. The bed frame is very simple, made of red aluminum with black bottom and light wood slats. The particularity of the cribs lies in the headboard. The headboard in fact recalls a sunset among skyscrapers, unique. On the side, the feet are very tall concrete columns with brick textures that seem to support a gate. Behind the gate is a glimpse of a wonderful red and yellow descending sun. The structure is created of plastic material, while the sun is made of plasticized fabric. The sunbeds are great for decorating themed rooms.
