This elegant glass bookshop was made in the former Austria-Hungary between the 19th and 20th centuries. Known as a "popular" or school bookshop, it was typically used in rural schools or houses to preserve books and educational material.
The piece features double glass doors finely worked with carved wooden details and original interior shelves painted in white. The original functional lock remained intact. Authentic historical school material can be purchased separately on request.
The object is preserved in excellent original conditions, with only slight signs of the age.
