This iconic table lamp, the work of designer Feliceantonio Botta (Florence, 1973), combines fine and cutting-edge materials for its time. The cylindrical base is characterized by a rhythmic succession of rings of exotic wood with dark and marked grains, alternating with strips of lucite and transparent plexiglas. The use of these plastic materials (Lucite/Acrylic) gives the base a modern and bright appearance, creating a fascinating contrast with the materiality of the wood. A central chromed stem supports the conical lampshade in cream-coloured fabric, which diffuses a soft and warm light.
