A set of four dining chairs designed by Jindřich Halabala and produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1960s. Commonly referred to as “lollipops” for their distinctive rounded backrests, the model represents characteristic Central European mid-century design.
The chairs feature wooden frames with bent wood legs and upholstered seats. The construction highlights the contrast between curved backrests and linear supports. Upholstery remains original; the wood structure is stable and well preserved. Minor abrasions and light patina are consistent with age and use.
Original condition. A cohesive set of four, retaining authentic materials and form typical of Halabala’s seating designs of the period.
