4 Smatrik high stools by Tokujin Yoshioka for Kartell, 2000s
The Smatrik stool completes the family of seats created by Tokujin Yoshioka for Kartell in the 2000s. It is made with a mold that recreates a three-dimensional, overlapping, and crisscrossing mesh. Thanks to a special injection technology, the layers of transparent or mass-colored polycarbonate create a single-molded structure that mimics the shape of a metal mesh. The frame is made of black powder-coated steel. Like new.
