Item description

Splendid and authentic Mid-Century Modern chandelier from the 1960s/70s, LS 130 model designed by Carlo Nason for the AV Mazzega art glassworks in Murano. The chandelier is composed of a circular geometric cascading metal structure with the characteristic "S" hooks of the time and internal lamp holders in black Bakelite. The large modular Murano glass discs have a shaded opalescent and iridescent finish that diffuses the light in a soft and suggestive way. RESTORATION NOTE: the structure features a total of original glass discs, with only one disc missing. The price of the item already takes this small flaw into account.
