Description: Napoleon III coffee table/desk in polychrome wood with gilded bronze applications belonging to the second half of the 19th century. The rectangular-shaped top is embellished by the presence of two fins that increase the work surface and are embellished with inlays depicting amphorae with flowers. The undercounter band is characterized by a large drawer highlighted by a keyhole in gilded bronze. The four fluted truncated cone feet are joined by a mixed-line cross with a bronze and wood amphora in the centre. General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Provenance: 19th century France. Measurements closed: 78x52 H73cm. Open measurements: 118x52 H73cm. Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
