This is a table lamp with a characteristic vintage design, attributed to the Mazzega company; they are sold without hats.
They are a pair and consist of a circular base of gilded brass with a lightly hammered finish and two polished black glass elements of an oval and elongated shape, arranged vertically and separated by a cylindrical ring of frosted glass; the glass elements have a dark, bright, and slightly irregular surface, with reflections and nuances that highlight their craftsmanship. At the top there is the threaded metal lamp holder into which a hat can be inserted. Lamp holder e27 and new electrical system. 1960s
