This vintage extendable round dining table by Lasko exemplifies the bold, geometric forms characteristic of 1970s design. The piece features a distinctive split-pedestal base that separates to accommodate an extension leaf, transforming its silhouette from a compact circle to an elongated oval. Constructed with a white laminate surface and matching base, the table is accented by a subtle metallic-toned edge banding that highlights its clean lines. The central extension mechanism operates smoothly, allowing the two semi-circular halves of the pedestal to support the extended top. The monochromatic white finish provides a versatile foundation for various dining arrangements. The laminate surfaces show character consistent with age and use, preserving the authentic patina of its 1970s origins. This adaptable piece serves as a functional focal point in a dining room or open-plan living space. Its space-age aesthetic pairs well with both mid-century modern interiors and contemporary minimalist environments. Condition Good, age related wear and marks, scratches.
