A distinctive and exceptionally comfortable Postmodern armchair, made in Rovigo, Italy, during the 1980s, in the style of Niels Eilersen. The generously proportioned form, deep seat and substantial wooden structure give the chair a particularly inviting and relaxed character. Its original upholstery has developed a beautiful worn, lived-in appearance, with variations in colour and surface resulting from years of use. Rather than appearing uniform and new, the fabric now carries an authentic patina of age and everyday life, making the armchair especially suitable for interiors where natural wear, rustic character and an informal vintage atmosphere are appreciated.
