desk ada dates back to the 1960s and was designed by Josef Hurk for Napako Czechoslovakia. The lamp is original, in good condition, damage to the chrome can be seen from the photos. The lamp is in perfect working order. Lamp for a single bulb e27 up to 60w. The electrical system is new, replaced.
