Splendid antique French wood and leather armchair produced in the 19th century. There are four wooden legs for support, the two rear ones are sinuous but smooth, the front ones are carved and playful. The rear legs rise to frame the backrest, assuming a soft shape. The front legs, on the other hand, rise to create the armrests, through an elegant wooden S that creates two curls that close and create a beautiful raised effect. The armrests are upholstered in a beautiful brown leather, original to the period. The seat is beautiful, upholstered in brown leather, attached to the frame by brass studs. The backrest is very beautiful, with ears that fold in on themselves, creating a gentle wrapping effect. There are decorative buttons here. The armchair is suitable for important studios, but also for collectors who know their way around.
