Item description

For sale is a large, unusual and dramatic floor lamp in brass and gold, made in Italy in the 1980s. It has a strong presence thanks to its unusual and decorative shape; the five oblique arches, overlapping and each culminating in a bulb, are subtle and elegant; the base, flat and almost aerodynamic, gives it a very contemporary and avant-garde look. The lamp is ideal to complete a living area, or to go above a dining table; thanks to its elegance, however, it can also be placed against a wall to fully appreciate its unique design. It is kept in excellent condition; absolutely solid and stable, it is also fully functional. The wiring, switch and plug are original; the five bulbs are contemporary LEDs with the top coated in gold to match the finish of the lamp.
