Made in Italy, 1970s. This is an extremely rare vase, designed by Ercole Barovier for the Barovier company in Murano.
It is made of hand-blown glass, with a composition of tiles that required a complex craftsmanship process. Moreover, the colour is not often seen. For these reasons, a similar model was put up for auction and reached a value of over 36,000 euros. This is a period piece, so it may show slight traces of use, such as a very thin layer of limestone, but overall it can be considered to be in excellent original condition and ready to become a piece of home. Minimum diameter 10.5 cm.
