Fascinating rocking armchair attributable to Thonet, a representative example of Mid-Century design. Made of steam-bent wood, it features harmonious and light lines, typical of the Thonet style. The seat and backrest are covered in velvet with a burgundy floral motif, which gives elegance and a warm and sophisticated character to the piece. The absence of brands or labels does not allow it to be attributed with certainty to the original Thonet production, but the proportions, structure and construction characteristics allow it to be attributed with high probability to the famous manufacture.
