Materials and Construction
Wood: The cabinet is entirely veneered in flamed mahogany (Acajou flammé), an exotic and luxurious wood, whose vibrant grain is skillfully used to create a "butterfly" or symmetrical effect on the main front panel. The shellac finish enhances the depth of color and shine of the wood.
Marble Top: The top is topped with an elegant light marble top with light grain, which adds a touch of classic sophistication and protects the piece of furniture.
Column Uprights: The structure is characterised by imposing full column side uprights, which give the furniture a solid architecture. These rest on turned circular plinth feet.
