A set of four original dining chairs designed by Antonín Šuman for Tatra nábytok Pravenec, produced in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s.
The chairs are distinguished by their gently curved bentwood backrests with an open central cut-out, combined with slender wooden legs. The seats are upholstered in a light blue fabric. While it is not confirmed whether the upholstery is newly renovated, it is in very good condition and visually consistent with the mid-century aesthetic.
An attractive and timeless set representing high-quality Czechoslovak furniture design of the post-war period.
