Item description

Console table with period mirror. Yellow marble top supported by four curved legs carved with scrolls, flowers, and leaves, joined to a cross-vaulted base with a carved central spandrel and curled feet. The tripartite mirror has beveled mirrors, the lower central one surmounted by a painting of a rural scene and carved festoons. The cymatium is carved with scrolls, flowers, and leaves. Italy, early 20th century.
