Murano glass floor lamp by Carlo Nason for Mazzega, with three luminous elements, years ’70.
Base with three cylindrical drums in brushed aluminum of scaled heights, each surmounted by a tubular capsule diffuser in white opaline blown Murano glass. When turned on, the diffusers come alive with iridescent chromatic nuances that vary from white to pink to blue, an optical effect typical of the laminated milk glass produced by Mazzega. The vertical trio composition recalls an almost vegetal, sculptural form.
A piece with a strong environmental character, capable of defining a corner of the living with only the presence of light.
