Directory sideboard in walnut-stained poplar, dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, from Italy. The classic design of the period is reflected in the paneled doors that make up the front, combining aesthetics and functionality. The truncated pyramid feet give stability and a discreet elegance, typical of the Directoire style. The interior is made of fir, offering strength and durability, while the external walnut-stained poplar enriches the whole with a warm and welcoming shade. A posthumous modification was made to the backrest, a detail that testifies to the historical evolution of the furniture.
