Sturdy, functional, and full of character, this vintage desk from the 1950s is a fine example of the industrial design of the time. Made of honey-finished beech wood, it features a green linoleum top framed with a wooden edge—a practical and refined detail that enhances its understated elegance. The desk includes two spacious side drawers with locks and original dark wood handles, perfect for organizing documents or work items. In the center, a blind compartment completes the front panel structure, preserving a balanced design. The solid, slightly tapered legs end in black Bakelite feet—a hallmark of the era. Ideal for a study, a creative office, or as a workstation in a retro or industrial-style space, this desk combines aesthetics and functionality in a timeless piece.
