This authentic 1960s Italian vintage box features a warm, rich wood interior frame wrapped in a striking mustard-yellow metal cover. The top lid showcases a detailed black graphic illustration depicting an equestrian scene with a prominent horse set against an encampment backdrop, characteristic of mid-century Italian decorative arts. Designed with a smooth sliding matchbox-style opening mechanism, it offers a functional yet stylish solution for desktop storage, valet organization, or trinket display. The piece presents a wonderful vintage patina with light, authentic age-related wear to the painted metal surface, adding character to its mid-century modern aesthetic. Perfect for collectors of 1960s Italian design, equestrian art enthusiasts, or anyone seeking a unique mid-century accent piece.
