Beautiful pair of refined and elegant sideboards made towards the end of the 19th century in perfect Gothic/Renaissance style. We recommend looking at the pictures in detail to capture all the details of the refinement of these two pieces of furniture. In fact, the front panels have refined walnut wood carving work with rich decoration. The precious walnut wood is skilfully carved, note the presence of fancy zoomorphic figures typical of a Renaissance Gothic taste. Just towards the end of the 19th century, in fact, there was a revival of Renaissance Gothic tastes that started a production in the arts that was perfectly inspired by these periods. These beliefs are the perfect example of this with their grandeur and their wealth of decorative elements. The patronage of these beliefs was certainly of a high level, in fact, it should be noted that even for the construction wood such as the back was used the precious walnut wood. The two sideboards used have some signs of wear and tear in the finish and in some parts there are woodworm holes. We are available to send more photos in detail if you want to contact us.
