Vintage Scandinavian freestanding birch desk with steel structure and double block of drawers, designed by Mücke & Melder in the 1930s.
Elegant Scandinavian desk from the 1930s designed by Mücke & Melder, with chromed tubular steel structure and birch components. It features two lateral blocks of drawers with steel handles which, on the back, transform into two cabinets with doors and internal shelves. The top houses two extractable shelves, useful as additional support. The whole combines functionality and formal rigor, reflecting the rationalist taste and construction innovation of the time. Good condition. It may show some signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
