A refined pair of table lamps featuring opal glass shades and sturdy circular brass bases, through which the lamp holder’s electrical wires pass, skillfully concealed by a cover. These lamps stand out for their minimalist design and the magnificent light they cast throughout the room.Made between 1980 and 1985 in an artisan workshop on the outskirts of Milan, they are the result of the skill of an expert craftsman, deeply attuned to the needs and tastes of the era. The design is characterized by a perfect balance between elegance and functionality, featuring a well-proportioned base that holds two opal glass spheres. These spheres are removable, as they are secured to the base by a spring and can be taken off for cleaning and to change the bulb. The artisan drew inspiration from the Modernist style with influences from post-war Italian design, paying particular attention to detail and using high-quality materials. The pair makes an ideal decorative piece for modern, classic, or vintage-style interiors, working perfectly as a light fixture for the living room or an elegant bedroom. These are two unique pieces that combine craftsmanship and timeless style. We have brushed and polished the brass base, restoring its original shine, and completely replaced the electrical system with European wiring. However, we recommend verifying voltage compatibility in other countries with a qualified electrician before use. Thanks to these restorations, the lamps are in perfect condition. Dimensions: Diameter 30 cm, height 25 cm.
