A rare pair of brass wall lamps, model "Finestra" 12664, designed by Gio Ponti in 1957 for the Monza-based Arredoluce factory. The design embodies Ponti's architectural language in a luminous key, with a geometric structure reminiscent of the idea of a window—a recurring motif in the Milanese architect's work during those years.
The structure is entirely made of brass, with clean, essential lines typical of mid-century Italian design. A historicized piece: the model is documented in the Arredoluce 1943-1987 catalog raisonné (Pansera, Padoan, Palmaghini, Silvana Editoriale, 2018) and is included in the collections of international galleries of historic design.
