An elegant set of four dining chairs attributed to Vittorio Dassi, representing the refined character of mid-century Italian design. The chairs feature a walnut frame with a rich mahogany finish, characterized by elegant, sculptural lines and a beautifully contoured backrest with a large central opening that gives the design a light and distinctive look. The seats have been completely restored and recently reupholstered in a soft ivory/cream bouclé fabric, creating a sophisticated contrast with the warm wood tone. The slender, tapered, and slightly angled legs further enhance the elegant proportions typical of 1950s Italian design. The restoration was carried out while respecting the chairs' original character, refreshing the wood finish and completely renewing the padding and seat upholstery. A refined and versatile set, perfect around a dining table or as a statement seat in a contemporary, mid-century modern, or classic-modern interior.
