Iconic floor lamp designed by Carlo Nason for the prestigious Mazzega glassworks in Murano around 1970.
This model, nicknamed Gli Organi, is the most sought-after and scenographic version thanks to its structure with 5 cylindrical elements of different heights. The diffusers are made of precious blown Murano glass, characterized by a delicate nuanced milky finish that ensures soft, atmospheric light diffusion.
The structure rests on a solid base of satin steel, typically "technical" and opaque.
The different heights are due solely to the metal bases, since the glass spindles are all of the same length and interchangeable with each other.
The lamp is in excellent condition, the electrical system has been revised and is functional in all six light points (five with glass and one in the center). Using the foot switch, you can turn on - in sequence - all the lights, either only the external ones or only the central one.
The glass spindles are perfect, there is only a micro-peeling on the edge of one element (see photo), completely invisible as it is inserted into the base.
