Brass bar trolley with faux bamboo work.
Authentic West German piece from the 1950s, as certified by the DBGM brand (Deutsches Bundes-Gebrauchsmuster, patent for "utility model") and the SW logo (Süd-West, a historic German company specializing in the production of high-quality metal components and hardware) on the original wheels. It is likely attributed to Suko (Summ & Korsinsky Metallwarenfabrik), which between the 1950s and 1960s was a real authority on the production of bar trolleys and small brass furniture and which mounted SW wheels.
Elegant and functional design thanks to the integrated bottle holder. The low shelf is made of formica-covered plywood, red and green in colour. The structure is made of brass with a mahogany top edge and a hardened glass shelf. Four fully functional caster wheels.
The cart is in good condition, solid and functional, with its signs of age. The bottom shelf is lightly battered.
