Antique Italian painting dated 1845. Oil on canvas, first canvas, depicting a landscape with mountains and wayfarers, of good pictorial quality. A nicely sized and attractively decorated painting adorned with a carved and gilded wood and plaster frame, complete with wooden mat. Signed and dated lower left Pagani 1845 (see photo), signature under study. This horizontal painting, with good depth, is suitable for antique dealers and interior decorators. The painting has undergone some conservative restoration work, with color restoration and a patch on the back (see photo). The canvas also has a small tear in the center (see photo).
