This industrial steel filing cabinet with fifteen flaps was made in Italy around the mid-20th century. Designed to organize documents, files, and small parts, it combines functionality, solid construction, and durability. The structure, made entirely of steel, is organized into fifteen independent compartments with flap openings, each equipped with its own brass tag holder. The corners are riveted, and the original nameplate is also brass. The cabinet is suitable for use in a work environment or for a home renovation, thanks in part to its industrial yet well-maintained finishes: it was likely repainted in its current dark brown color during its lifetime. It is in excellent condition, with only minor losses: one of the top doors and the three lower ones (presumably intended) are missing the catch to keep the flap horizontal when open; another is missing its handle, although it opens smoothly, and some tag holders are bent. Overall, however, the cabinet is fully functional and impressive. Dimensions: L x W x H: 85.5 x 48 x 166.5 cm Compartment: 24 x 42 x 26 cm Weight: 103 kg
