Description: Pair of ancient paintings on canvas with coeval frame signed by Antonio Vallone, a Neapolitan painter near the Morelli school, specialized in the gender portraits, especially of young people and smiling girls, scugnizzi or peasants of his homeland. In our case, a young popular young man also called Italian beauty and a young scugnizzo are depicted respectively. The liveliness of the colors and the shine are typical of the Neapolitan school of origin. Conditions: good condition. Measures: 40x50cm including frame. Origin: Naples early 20th century. Document: certificate of authenticity.
