Elegant pair of Danish armchairs from the 1960s, “Kölding” model by Erik Wørts. Teak structure and cushions made of light fabric.
Refined pair of Scandinavian “Kölding” armchairs, designed by Erik Wørts in the 1960s, a balanced example of Danish design oriented towards comfort and purity of form. The solid teak structure is characterized by clean lines and light proportions, with backrests punctuated by vertical slats that visually lighten the volume. The cushions, recently redone and completely removable, are covered in a very light beige fabric that interacts with the warmth of the wood. A model appreciated for its sober elegance and the construction quality typical of Danish production of the period.
Good condition. It may show some signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
