Nanna & Jørgen Ditzel, model “135”. Danish 1950s/60s desk in teak, with double suspended chest of drawers, locks and sculpted handles with an essential profile.
Designed by Nanna & Jørgen Ditzel, among the protagonists of Danish Modern, this rare desk interprets their sensitivity for light proportions and tactile details, with an always lively sobriety. The “135” model combines a thin top, cantilevered drawer modules and slender legs. The solid teak handles are "bridge" shaped, with a curved profile, rounded edges and a milled internal recess that defines the grip with great precision.
Good condition. It may show some signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
