Vintage 1950s-60s Scandinavian chest of drawers in mahogany, characterized by an orthogonal structure and compact proportions. The drawer fronts feature groove-carved handles, carved directly into the wood, a technical solution that emphasizes the constructive minimalism and continuity of the surfaces. The regular grain and the graphic rhythm of the solids define an essential and rigorous language, typical of mid-century Nordic design. Good condition. It may show some signs of aging.
