Item description

Rare pair of table lamps signed Gino Sarfetti, mod. 607, produced at Arteluce in 1971 Lacquered aluminum frame, Manufacturer's label. The 607 model is a timeless icon of industrial design. At a time when the halogen light bulb was making its first appearance, Sarfatti was inspired to create a light object that could take full advantage of this revolutionary new technology. The design, an expression of ruggedness and masculinity, features a raw aluminum surface that adds a touch of authenticity and industrial chic. Resting on the table without the need for additional supports, the Model 607 lamp is a perfect example of the balance between form and function.
