Item description
Exquisite 1940s Art Deco Aventurine Murano Glass Rosolio / Decanter Set This truly unique and captivating 1940s Art Deco rosolio set has been masterfully handblown in Murano, Italy. This stunning set embodies the distinctive glamour of the mid-20th century, perfect for the discerning collector or anyone seeking a touch of vintage elegance. Crafted from vibrant Murano glass, this set features a striking aventurine technique, where shimmering copper flecks are suspended within the glass, creating a dazzling, almost metallic sparkle. The decanter and six matching glasses showcase a dynamic pattern of lime green and rich brown or black, dappled with these mesmerizing aventurine inclusions. The hexagonal forms of both the decanter and the glasses add a distinct Art Deco geometric flair, making it a conversation piece in any setting. Originally designed for serving rosolio, a traditional Italian liqueur, this set is equally perfect for spirits, cordials, or as a decorative display. Its exceptional condition and remarkable design make it a highly desirable collector's item, representing a significant period in Murano glass artistry. It's in perfect condition
