Elegant and linear pair of vintage Italian wall sconces. Each piece features a solid chrome-plated metal frame supporting three finely shaped tempered crystal slabs: one overlapping the other two, creating a refined and dynamic design. The metal structure is designed with two light sockets placed opposite each other, along with a junction box from which the electrical wires extend. On the back of the box are the holes for wall mounting. The positioning of the light sources is ideal: unobstructed, they diffuse the light evenly and effectively. The sconces were produced between 1970 and 1973 in a workshop on the outskirts of Milan. The skilled craftsmen faithfully followed a model by the renowned company Veca, a leading name in Italian design, celebrated for its expertise in glassworking and the creation of lighting and decorative furnishings. With their essential structure, clean lines, and balanced arrangement of crystal slabs, these sconces are unique decorative objects—elegant, modern, and versatile—well suited to a variety of interior settings. The sconces are in excellent condition. The electrical system is in working order, but the wiring is European; voltage compatibility in other countries should always be verified before use. Dimensions: width 11 cm (4.3 in), depth 11 cm (4.3 in), height 28 cm (11 in).
