Magnificent folding garden deck chair
French manufacture, 1930s-40s
Very unusual because it is made with small logs for the structural part, while the seat, backrest, and armrests are made of rattan, decorated with colored stripes
The backrest can be reclined to various positions and the footrest is removable
Overall, the deck chair is in excellent condition and, to keep it that way, it should be used sparingly, avoiding excessive weight. Ideal for decorative purposes, it is still fully usable
There are signs of wear, its antique patina is consistent with its age and has been preserved by our intervention, which was limited to cleaning and polishing
