Item description

refined example of Italian modernism: 1 2-door sideboard + 2 3-door sideboards from the "Alveo" series, designed by Willy Rizzo and produced by Mario Sabot in the 1970s (circa 1972). These pieces are an emblem of the Hollywood Regency style, characterized by sophisticated luxury and bold geometric lines. The structure is made of wood with a fine glossy black lacquer, embellished with elegant chromed steel finishes on the corner profiles and the distinctive recessed circular handles, an unmistakable signature of Rizzo's production. The contrast between the deep black of the lacquer and the shine of the metal gives the piece of furniture a strong visual impact, making it perfect for both a contemporary living room and a high-level office. Technical Data Sheet Designer: Willy Rizzo Producer: Mario Sabot (Italy) Model: Alveo Period: 1970-1979 Materials: Black lacquered wood, chromed metal profiles and handles Conditions: Excellent vintage condition.
