Item description
Elegant Art Deco room dating from the 30s-40s of remarkable workmanship composed as follows: - Double bed with particular rounded shape and totally demountable composed of high headboard, sides and footboard. Measurements: 177 cm maximum width, 214 cm maximum length, 121 cm headboard height, 80 cm footboard height, bed base 160 cm x 190 cm. - Chest of drawers with a particular shape composed of four central drawers, rounded side doors, mirror with bevelled mirror. Dimensions: 169 cm length, 58 cm depth, 99 cm height, 131 cm height of the mirror only. - Wardrobe with three doors with central mirror and two drawers at the base totally disassembled. Measurements: 228 cm length, 60 cm depth, 223 cm height. - Petineuse composed of bevelled rounded mirror, side door, low shelf and two drawers at the base. Dimensions: 156 cm length, 44 cm depth, 75 cm height above the door, 172 cm height including mirror. - Pair of bedside tables with rounded door with a special shape that allows them to be attached directly to the sides of the headboard, thus becoming a single piece of furniture (double bed and bedside tables). Dimensions: 77 cm length, 42 cm depth, 67 cm height. The furniture, with its rounded and geometric shapes, is made of walnut veneer and walnut burl. Brass knobs, working locks with relative keys. The room is in excellent condition for the time, to report small imperfections due to use. The price refers to the whole lot (bed + chest of drawers + wardrobe + petineuse + bedside tables).
