Wonderful coffee table by Ettore Sottsass for Poltronova from the 1950s. The coffee table is round, and was made with perfect joints of different types of wood and iron and brass inserts. Excellent manufacture and condition. Published. Dimensions Height: 64 cm Diameter: 90 cm Published: Domus #353 (April 1959), pp. 39-43,Anty Pansera - Guida all'architettura moderna, Il design del mobile italiano dal 1946 a oggi 1990, p. 266, fig. 10, Bari, Italy, Laterza. It is in very good and original vintage condition, light scratches and slight wear consistent with its time and use.
