Wonderful wooden sideboard designed in the 19th century of fine Italian manufacture. The sideboard has a very solid, rectangular-shaped base made entirely of solid, fine wood, very durable and elegant in its workmanship. The lower part consists of a solid wood rectangle with two large central doors, which can be opened by a lock with a special patinated brass key. Above the two doors is a long, sturdy cippus that runs the length of the base that can be opened with a round brass handle original to the period. Above this base is a simply beautiful red marble top. Above this rectangular base is the top, above which are two beautifully carved wooden columns. Next to these carved columns is the actual upper structure of the cabinet. This leaves a central compartment for the display of any object or foodstuff; in the background is a rectangular mirror, adding to the grandeur of the room. Above this is another horizontal rectangular block, created by three doors, two small, narrow side doors and a larger central one, all made of high-quality, durable, carefully worked frosted clear glass. The two side doors feature special woodwork: a sort of large square grid of thin wood has been created, adding to their eccentricity. The real decorative eccentricity is represented by a sinuous frame created by curls, with an oval woven wooden element in the centre, which creates unparalleled elegance. A single light wood shelf runs the entire length, suitable for displaying plates and collectibles. Above the sideboard is a very imposing frieze with a rigid, geometric shape, which crowns the sideboard itself. The sideboard is suitable for important and elegant rooms at least as much as you.
