An elegant and sophisticated pair of Italian walnut-root stools in the style of Gio Ponti of the 1930s, at the height of Italian Rationalism. The bench has a clear, clean structure, softened by the two semi-curved sides that lend elegance and refinement. The bench is made entirely of walnut briar with two fully carved legs and a single-top briar seat. Of exquisite workmanship, the benches are ideal for refined and sophisticated settings where classic taste prevails. The bench has slight defects due to age and use.
