Item description

Ico & Luisa Parisi for Ariberto Colombo, Cantù, 6 rosewood dining chairs. Sculptural structure with slightly curved butterfly-shaped padded back, padded seat suspended on the pointed corner supports of the X-shaped structure below and tapered legs with brass ferrules. Fully restored and recently upholstered in textured blue velvet. This particular model is rare, well documented, and more sculptural with generous proportions than simpler versions of this chair. Seat height: 47 cm.
